Troubleshooting Information

Once your Gift Certificate has been released, you may send it to someone else from your Account. When sending a Gift Certificate, the following information is required: (1) The recipient's name; (2) The recipient's e-mail address; and (3) The amount you want to send. NOTE: You may send any amount, up to your Gift Certificate balance. You also have the option to include a short message to your recipient. Please review and verify all of the information before sending.
