The 1979 (Type 2) Proof Set contains proof versions of the coins produced that year and featured two different mint mark varieties--Type 1 with a "filled" S, and Type 2 with a "clear" S. The condition of the coins and sets will be typical for the date. Paper envelopes and boxes may show signs of wear and tear and/or writing. Light toning or haze is common on pre-1980's sets.
