Shipping & Returns
Order Fulfillment & Processing
Orders placed during normal operating hours are generally processed and shipped within one (1) business day, Monday to Friday. Although every effort is made to keep inventory counts accurate, we reserve the right to remove out-of-stock items from an order and/or upgrade items at our discretion for no additional charge. If an order will be significantly delayed beyond standard processing times, you will receive a status update with an option to continue, modify or cancel your order.
Shipping (Domestic & International)
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and only USPS-served addresses will be accepted. Domestic, coin-only orders ship for $4.95, regardless of size or value. Ground Advantage® (3-8 days) or Priority Mail® (1-3 days) is used for orders containing supplies, and charges will vary based on size, weight and destination. Priority Mail® (1-3 days) service can be requested on any coin-only order for an additional charge. NOTE: Selecting Priority Mail® does not expedite processing times and/or guarantee faster delivery.
We provide tracking information on every order. At our discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for refused/undeliverable shipments when a signature cannot be obtained by USPS, or for lost/stolen shipments delivered using eSignature/Signature on File.
For any issues related to your shipment, including damaged packages or missing item(s), please contact us within one (1) business day of delivery. Lost/undelivered packages must be reported within five (5) business days of the originally scheduled delivery date. You may be asked to provide copies of police reports, documentation signed by your local Postmaster, and/or complete an affidavit of loss or damage for insurance purposes prior to us replacing an order or providing a refund. A minimum of 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) must pass before a package can be considered "lost in transit" and a refund issued or replacement shipment sent. NOTE: Our liability ceases once tracking information shows a package has been delivered.
International shipments are allowed, but may be subject to size, content and/or value restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any order that does not meet these criteria. NOTE: International shipments are made at the customer's risk. No refunds will be made for non-delivered orders. The customer is responsible for all customs charges or issues.
Payment & Sales Tax
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders and personal checks. Money orders/personal checks must be received within ten (10) business days to avoid cancellation of your order. All checks must clear before your order will be shipped. A $25.00 minimum charge will be assessed on all returned checks. All payments must be in U.S. funds.
At this time, only shipments containing supplies or coins totaling less than $2,000 to California addresses are subject to state sales tax (7.25%). Due to recent legal rulings, some states require out-of-state sellers to collect sales tax once certain criteria are met. We continue to monitor these developments and will collect and report sales tax in these states when legally obligated to do so. NOTE: You may still be responsible for paying "use tax" in your state when sales tax is not collected by us (or, for California residents, your local tax rate is higher than the state rate of 7.25%). Please consult with your local taxing authority or a qualified tax professional for additional guidance on this matter.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, less the original shipping charges. All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of receipt and item(s) must be in the original, unopened holder as issued by us, where applicable. A 10% restocking fee may apply, at our discretion, for any coin(s) removed from the original holder. Additional deductions may apply for items that have been tampered with or improperly handled (e.g. fingerprints). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in situations where incorrect or damaged merchandise is received. A return shipping label can be provided, upon request, and your refund amount will be deducted accordingly.
Returns made outside of the thirty (30) day window will be treated as sell-back at prevailing wholesale market prices. Due to market fluctuations, returns of bullion products (e.g. Silver Eagles) generally WILL NOT be accepted.
